TORIS.

WOOOOOO MATHH!
1. Polynomials:
Domain: (-∞, ∞)
Range: (-∞, ∞)
**This only applies to polynomials whose highest exponent is odd.
2. Square Roots
There are three steps to finding the domain.
1. Set the inside equal to 0 and solve for x
2. Set up a number line
3. Plug in the numbers and use the non-negative intervals
Range: [vertical shift, infinity)
3. Fractions
Two steps for domain and range.
Domain:
1. Set bottom equal to zero and solve for x
2. Set up intervals
Range:
1. Take limit as x > ∞
2. Set up intervals
4. Absolute value
Domain: (-∞, ∞)
Range: [shift, ∞) or (-∞, shift]
